Aoi update
While I recover from Glee's final episode of Season 2, I shall post an update on Aoi.
1st round of making the Hakama took a day. Shipload of starch to keep the pleats in place. And just now, I had front inner pleats redone to have a better flow. But it looks like it still need one last bit of adjusting... I obviously didn't think it through at first because I didn't even know what to think 8D
The gi is almost done... left with neck strip and some hemming.
Naginata still untouched. I couldn't find sand-colour wood paper thingy T0T, so I hope a darker colour wont be too bad....
The sandals I bought for her are horrible ^^. It looks fine, but ridiculous to wear. Every step feels like the strap is about to give.
I should hurry up and finish this so I can move to Eva-chan and.... Sarah's Kay outfit.

Need sandpaper.
I don't know what this is for yet... It's supposed to be a katana base, but I don't think the curvature is enough... Was made from a narrow plank (the one that gave birth to Christopher) =w=. Received a lot of splinters. woohoo. Shall keep it till the need arises~
And pardon the gay wall colour.
Why the heck am I so bipolar. Got a lot of unfinished stuff to do but I start new stuff. baha

Since I'm in cosplay planning mode, I shall rant.
Kunieda's hakama isn't a hakama =A= It doesn't have the side slits and its pleated all the way. Basically, it's the school uniform skirt, divided. GEH.

As for Eva-chan (I just found out her name), I'm doing the yellow version instead of the blue.
Don't want to cut the blue wig, and I can use my current Cagalli wig for it since I'm getting a new one. Hur hur~ Even though I like the blue version more.... But what's the point of having the pinafore in blue if it's not the real blue for the uniform!
........ I used that reason to convince myself -_-

EOY clashes with Comic Fiesta =o Not that I have plans to go CF, but people are already ditching EOY either because of the ticket prices or this. It feels like the event has been spiraling down an evil rabbit hole. But it's not totally up to the organizers whether an event fails or not. I do wonder what will happen~

holy crap. holy crap. Next month is June already @_@~
Because my scatterbrain keep asking myself what I'm going as for events;
4-5 June: Comifest 2
I shall attend one of the days as Kunieda Aoi.
25-26 June: Cosfest
Interchangeable between days, Takiko (pending- wig not suitable for intended version) and Rei-00 hybrid (I don't actually know what it is LOL)
